Bradfield Division Contest on 29th April 2016

The Bradfield Division Contest is being held on 29th April, 2016, with our very own Vincent Lam representing our Area 13 and our club. Please go along and show your support.

Date: Friday the 29th April 2015

Times: 6:03pm for 6:34pm start

(NOTE: 6:05pm – Contestants/Judge’s Briefing)

End Time – 9:00pm

Host Club: AIPE Toastmasters Club (Newly Chartered)

Venue: Level 11 – 160 Sussex Street, Sydney

Other: Refreshments will be served – Compliments of Host Club—AIPE Toastmasters

Cost: $5 Entry Fee applicable!

ACS Toastmasters Club International Speech and Evaluation Contest on 17th February 2015

Our Club’s International Speech and Evaluation Contest is being held this Tuesday 17th February 2015, so if you would like to be involved, please let us know! If you have completed 6 speeches from the CC manual you can compete in the speech contest. All members can compete in the Evaluation competition.

There are plenty of other roles: such as Judging – training is provided and you don’t need to be experienced; Timekeepers – you should have done this role at least once; and there are other roles on the night such as Sergeant-at-Arms. International Speech and Evaluation Contest 18th February 2014

On Tuesday, February 18th, the club will hold its annual International Speech & Evaluation contests. All members can enter in the Evaluation contests. For the International Speech contest, you must have completed at least 6 speeches from the Competent Communication manual before the contest (i.e. the contest speech will be your 7th or later speech.

To enter you need to express interest via email beforehand as the number of competitors is limited.

Winners go on to the Area, Divisional and finally the District contests and the only way to do that is to ENTER NOW!
